To Exercise Or Not to Exercise

I am not an athletic person, so High School and College PE was a nightmare for me. Although I knew the benefits of a regular exercise I cannot find the courage, if that's the right word, to do so.

But as time went by and as I realize that I am getting close to 30s I made a decision to "force" myself to do some exercise. Since I don't like the idea of a hard core exercise I chose some basic routines to do so as not to overwhelm myself. I don't like to overwhelm my body and then in the end find myself being lazy to do it again.

So for starters, I just to some stretching in the morning and some jumping ropes. I don't have the luxury of space here in my location so I opted for jumping ropes rather than go jogging outdoors. (Where I live, outdoors means smoke, a lot of bikes, tricycles and jeepneys.)

When I come home from work I rest for a while and then do some yoga. I plan on joining a yoga session but my schedule and budget won't allow me at this moment so till then I am using a video to guide me on my yoga exercise.

I still get the "lazy" feeling sometimes but I remind myself of the benefits of doing this so I do hope I get to do this for good. :)
